The ability to select different colors for folders. Even better also have ability to select icon.

Yea. I want BLACK colour text - not a light pale looking grey. Furthermore there needs to be a colour system and something that can prominently distinguish between folders. At the moment everything looks one and the same - have folders as a background coloured for example (optionable) so you can see the degrees of separation between them. Currently i dont use bookmarks or filters etc to reduce the clutter on the side as those 'folders' so to speak look like folders and often i end up pressing tags thinking they're the main folders.

to the left to create more space in the sheet shown.

Yes, the ability to visually separate the folders is very important. At the moment everything looks the same and it would help immensely to distinguish lists from folders - as there is no ability to sort the folders A->Z OR Z-> by name, the fall back are visual colours

I think icons with color or emojis would also be nice for sections :)

Pascal hey mate, i dont know what keyboard type you use but on a windows keyboard +cntrl +v gets a popup (as a windows native feature) for emojis and i can stick some emojis in - albeit you get the > but its making the sidebar menu stand out a bit more - and making the side bar folders more defining is badly needed

This is a great idea for distinguishing folders! We'll add the option to include an emoji or icon with color. Thanks for the suggestion!
