This way you can do e.g. a weekly GTD review to decide to see all collected tasks.

We have a small team including some VAs. This capability would really help me with visibility of overall team work and help us as a team prioritise and assign work.
I am struggling to work out with Upbase how to prioritise and manage work for a team.
Perhaps a 'sprint' view / feature would be useful as this becomes 'all work' in the current defined period e.g. 1 week / 2 weeks / 1 month.
I'm thinking of trying this list setup to see if it helps:
- dumping the concept of lists for each of our brands or projects. Without 'all' views / boards it feels impossible to effectively manage delivery of highest value this way.
- Creating NOW / NEXT / LATER lists and putting ALL work, regardless of project or brand in these lists.
- Using tags to then apply project & brands to tasks so that we can filter by project / brand when we need to.
Jack S. I can see you are very active on Appsumo, if you have any approaches with Upbase that you think work well for small teams, please let me know!
Hope Upbase considers the needs of teams, even small teams. Fair to say I think that customers like us are more likely to pay ongoing for a tool like this (we are paying for Clickup!) so serving needs of small teams will improve MRR!
I hope this doesn't come across as a dig / negative about Upbase. I am looking at Upbase because the complexity of clickup is too much for us and we find we don't consistently use it.
Addition of some simple / key team features to better enable prioritisation and management of work for small teams would really make this killer for us.
