I understand that Zapier is a big player, but instead of integrating with Zapier, it would be better to offer API or Webhooks for integration, so that instead of being limited to Zapier, everyone could use whatever platform they want.

Please consider this!

While Zapier would be nice - can you just make APIs or Webhooks? This opens everything up to not JUST Zapier but Make and other automation programs.

Thanks for starting on this. We would like to use Upbase as an addition/extension to ClickUp for employees and use Zapier or another method to transfer tasks between the two programs.

So we would need all of the standard info such as task name, description, assignee's, due dates, watchers and either a file attachment or pointer to a file store (Google Drive, OneDrive, DropBox, etc.). We would also need to have the same path back from Upbase to update ClickUp and also possibly some social media tools.

The Use-Case is that Upwork is much easier to use and more economical than ClickUp so we want to roll it out to everyone and only keep a few users on ClickUp for the overall schedule, more advanced processes and look-ahead scheduling. Thank you!

It will be nice to add Pabbly as a suitable alternative to Zapier. Specially with their lifetime license.

Integration with Zapier, Make.com, Webhooks, API..... Would take Upbase to the next level.

I hope you guys do this soon.

This is nice but webhooks would allow Upbase to integrate with EVERYTHING via Zapier, Pabbly, Make, etc. They all receive webhook JSON data.

It's easier to maintain a webhook feature with customizable payload that it is to maintain integrations with dozens of platforms.
