1) Instead of inviting someone, I generate a URL link to the resource and pass it on

2) The user receiving the Magic Link does not need to have a Upbase account.

3) The user clicks on the URL link, enters the e-mail address, confirms the e-mail address and gains access to the Upbase resource even though he has not physically created an account.
