I'd add, the ability to move everything everywhere—tasks, files, lists, groups of tasks (as in a stage in Kanban), links, docs, folders; also the ability to copy/paste the above.

I have a simple task a no solution other than copying/pasting everything: I wanted to merge two lists, dozens of elements in them. Honestly, the lack of this functionality makes me want to abandon the system altogether.

We recently discovered we need this ability as well.

Because we don't need our developers on the same list that is shared with a client, we decided to move our 'Website changelog' documents that are specific to each client out of those lists, but we had to copy everything to a new document elsewhere which added a ton of time.

Alternatively, if we could 'show' documents in multiple lists that would be even better and solve our needs. The implementation of this feature would be enough for me to should my love to Upbase from a rooftop. 🚀

Yes, I've had to copy the same pages to a different list because I couldn't move them.

yes please! when a subproject gets big enough that it needs its own list, there's currently no good way to migrate materials over
