Add a visual notification indicator (e.g., badge or bubble) directly on task cards in the Kanban board view to show when a user has been tagged or mentioned on a specific task.
Current Behavior:
All notifications are aggregated in a single list.
Notifications lack context—no project name or board reference is displayed.
When viewing tasks on a Kanban board, there's no visual cue indicating which tasks require my attention due to a tag or mention.
Desired Behavior:
When I'm tagged on a task, a notification badge/indicator appears directly on that task card in the Kanban view.
This allows me to immediately identify where to focus my attention within a project without leaving the board or cross-referencing a separate notification list.
Why This Matters: The Kanban board is the primary view for managing workflow. Requiring users to check a context-free notification list and then click to see where that task sits creates friction and slows down response time.
Inline indicators would streamline this and keep focus within the project.
Suggested Implementation (Optional):
Small dot or badge on the task card (similar to unread message indicators in chat apps).
Optional: Hover or click to preview the tag/comment without opening the full task.
