This should be number #1 on roadmap.. this is becoming more the standard and I just assumed it was an option.. I bought 11 ltd code %(. This is what separates a personal productivity app from a business project management and collaboration. I love this platform and ease of use but this is sadly a dealbreaker for using for clients…

We Really Would Like, Need, to be able to use our own name, logo, and URL, especially when inviting Members and Guests, so they know it's from us, and also so we can provide our own instructions and other text in those email invites. Other similar types of platforms do this using CNAME functions pretty easily. We're hoping that upbase decides they want to do this sometime soon.

There are a couple of issues that need to be addressed. Firstly, when sharing content with clients, there is a problem with the logo everyone knows this.
However, a bigger issue is that if you are using any chatbots such as ChatGPT, you won't be able to build a knowledge base in Upbase because the AI bots are unable to access the content through the shared link.,
I suggest trying to share the link and working on documents with ChatGPT. I wish you luck!
It seems that we are receiving unnecessary reminder options for tasks, but we have zero support to build a streamlined information hub. It's almost 2024, and there is still no option to integrate with any AI tools not even Zapier or Make. Additionally, the sharable links are useless. I think it's time to go back to Notion again.
