I would like to be able to create subfolders (in lists) in order to get things a bit more organized. For example: EXTERNAL PROJECTS (folder) --CLIENT1 (subfolder) --CLIENT2 (subfolder) ----LIST FOR SOFTWARE (list) -----TASK (tasks) ----LIST FOR HARDWARE (list) -----TASK (tasks)

The notepad tools is very useful as a brain dump. The only limitation is that it does not allow the user to convert "stuff" into an actionable item (task|project) or a reference item (doc|file). My request is to provide a way to do so.

Adding tasks via an external form. Possibility of embedding a form for submitting tasks on an external website using an iframe. For example, you can give the client a form of tasks that will be added to a given list.

I hope we can have a something like you can tell in the chat if you are eating or having a break or you are Working, Busy, In a meeting, Out for Vacation or Sick. Hope to see this soon.

Here is the scenario. Your worker that has be working with you on Upbase for the last 2 years leaves on bad terms. Our only option right now is to delete that user otherwise he/she may come in and destroy your Upbase. By deleting the user, all tasks assigned to him/her will be unassigned (not sure what other mess the system leaves behind). You then have to go through all unassigned tasks and guess what belonged to that user. THIS IS A DISASTER! We need a way to: 1- Lock the user out without deleting anything 2- assign that user to a different email address and/or 3- merge all his work to another user. I do not understand why this issue has never been raised? Does no-one here work with a team?

I would love to feature chat organization like slack. Everything is alphabetical or can be organized by preferences of list/folders. Even with the chat in a folder it is still not in alphabetical order or any order that I can see. This would help with the creation of new chats not associated with a list as well.
