We just started using Upbase. We are a small team - two co-founders and two VAs, and we have a marketing agency.
I really like Upbase but the biggest thing I see at moment that would stop us migrating to this is the difficulty I am having in a high-level view of all tasks.
I need to be able to:
- daily and weekly juggle highest value work.
- assign work to the right people.
- make sure we are not forgetting about important work.
A Master Board would make this easier.
Unless I am missing something, the only real option I think I have is to place everything in a single task list :-(
Hope Upbase considers the needs of teams, even small teams. Fair to say I think that customers like us are more likely to pay ongoing for a tool like this (we are paying for Clickup!) so serving needs of small teams will improve MRR!

There does not seem to be much demand for something like this... as a manager you have no idea what your teams are up....

Denis Dorigo: It is weird. But I think a lot of people just use Upbase for personal needs. I love the clean interface and the easy way to time block tasks in Upbase. We use Google Workspace and Airtable for most of our needs, but feel like there is a missing piece. I have tried Trello, Breeze, Asana, Podio, Monday, Routine, Todoist, Slack, Discord and sooo many more. There is always a piece of the puzzle missing. Even with plugins/addons. I really hope Upbase will get more focused and keep perfecting the UI for projects/tasks/planning. There are too many products out there trying to be the all-you-can-eat-buffet already.
